December 1998 Cottonwood Trail Portage The citizens of Humboldt have provided for the paddler's every need. A boat ramp above the dam is just a few feet from the trail. The trail winds along a scenic overlook and passes below the Hwy. 169 bridge, but not before passing a concession stand. |
