	Don't drop that canoe August 14, 1999 Kip and Ann, from Ottumwa, really enjoyed the paddle, once they got the canoe down off the car.
	Preparing for the mass launch August 14, 1999 The Ottumwa Courier staff did a great job of organizing the event. More than 200 people and 120 boats participated. At this point, people were still registering, but the fun was about to begin. Note the big war canoe.
