Reflections on the River Ripple, Eddyville to Ottumwa, Aug. 14, 1999

I wasn't kidding about all the boats August 14, 1999 I've never seen so many boats going into the water. It took at least 45 minutes for everyone to get launched. Launch time was 7:30 AM.
	Under the Eddyville bridge August 14, 1999 The Des Moines River was covered with 80 canoes and 40 kayaks. What an amazing sight.
