| Hi Gerry, My name is Stacey Glandon. I am
the new executive director for the Villages of Van Buren, which is located in Van Buren
County (SEIA) along the D.M. River. I have become aware of your campaign to create a "water trail" from Estherville to Keokuk, and I support your efforts 100%. I would like to help you lobby for this idea. I have gotten a copy of your resolution, and I will endorse it and forward it to the address given. My question is this: Can I have various groups and organizations also endorse this? For example, I attend several meetings of local committees i.e. Cantril Grassroots, Farmington Arts Council, Keosauqua Lions, Rotary, Douds Community Club, etc. Would these types of groups be recognized as qualified endorsements?
